General

We are located in Kuala Lumpur, operating out of Combat Base at KL Base. Our facility offers a unique blend of historical significance and modern adventure, making it the perfect training ground for diving and water safety.

It depends on the course! Some programmes, like Discover Scuba Diving and Discover Mermaid, do not require swimming experience. However, for scuba certification, freediving, and mermaid courses, basic swimming skills are required.

We recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes. For specific courses, additional gear may be required, which will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

Yes! We offer Junior Swimming Classes, Discover Mermaid Courses, and age-appropriate diving programmes designed specifically for kids. Our instructors ensure a safe and fun learning environment for all ages.

Scuba Diving

Children as young as 10 years old can begin their scuba journey with Open Water Certification, while younger kids can try bubble-maker programmes or introductory water experiences.

No certification is needed for Discover Scuba Diving, which is a supervised experience for first-time divers. However, to dive independently, you’ll need to complete a certification course like Open Water Diver.

An Open Water Diver course typically takes 4 to 5 days, including theory sessions, confined water training, and open water dives.

Open Water Certification allows you to dive up to 18 meters (60 feet), while Advanced Open Water extends your depth limit to 30 meters (100 feet) and includes specialty dive training like navigation, deep diving, and night diving.

Mermaid Courses

A mermaid course teaches you how to swim gracefully with a mermaid tail, develop breath-hold techniques, and gain confidence underwater. It’s a fun and fitness-focused experience that is suitable for both kids and adults.

For Discover Mermaid, no swimming experience is needed. However, for Basic Mermaid and Advanced Mermaid Courses, participants must be able to swim at least 25 meters unaided and float comfortably for at least 3 minutes.

Mermaiding requires core strength, flexibility, and endurance, but it’s taught in a way that is fun and accessible for all fitness levels.

Freediving Courses

Freediving is a form of breath-hold diving where you explore underwater without the use of breathing apparatus (no tanks!). It focuses on breath control, relaxation, and efficient movement underwater.

Minimum age is 12 years old, with prior swimming ability.

Yes. You should be comfortable in the water, but you don’t need previous freediving experience. Swimming at least 200m continuously is required for the Freediver Course.

The Basic Freediver Course focuses on static and dynamic apnea in confined water (up to 5m).
The Freediver Course introduces you to open water diving, with dives up to 10-16 meters, depending on your ability and comfort level.
